This seller is one of the most professional, friendly and helpful I have found on AliExpress. And I have tried many! They even sent a picture of the packet to me in a private message when they sent it. Unfortunately AliExpress is not so impressive: This package was actually returned to sender by the AliExpress shipping company. So the seller sent me a message apologizing and asked me to request a refund and just order the same thing again. I asked them to just resend it, but they said that for some technical reason they couldn't. And they attached images of the package that was returned to them. So ok, I opened a dispute. And AliExpress has been stalling the dispute for over 2 months now! Even though the seller WANTS to refund me and provided evidence that the package had been returned. I had to reorder, and the second order arrived many weeks ago. But AliExpress is still telling me to wait for the first one that was returned, and they won't give me my money back. |

Amazing service and communication, packed very safely and neatly, high quality product. I tested and found the items are dishwasher safe. The package and padding they came in (cardboard box with hand cut "walls" of foam inside) is so nice that I might use it again for something. |
